The design combines a restrained contemporary architectural language with references to traditional Chinese roof forms, creating a distinctive identity for the government shooting range. White rendered walls, grey tiled roofs, exposed concrete and timber finishes are used to establish a calm and robust material palette.

The internal spaces are organised around clear circulation and functional training areas, with large openings, sheltered walkways and controlled daylight improving usability throughout the complex. Timber-lined shooting areas and selected red accents provide warmth and visual character while maintaining the practical and secure requirements of the facility.
